Error in registering for an API account

Dear all,

I am getting the following error when trying to confirm my email address.

“The supplied email and/or confirmation code were not found in the system.”

I have tried to re-register using the same email address but it gives the error that the email address has already been registered.

Is there a way to fix this without having to register using an alternative email address?

This shows that your account confirmation is successfully captured by our system. You can now retrieve your access token with your email and password.


Ah. thank you - I had initially thought that the account hadn’t been set up.
