Outdated tiles on various MapCollection endpoints

Seems to affect all the non-XYZ tiles:

The correct result on XYZ:

Notice units 11-16 along Kung Chong Rd have been consolidated into a single unit 11.

Thank you for pointing out. We found out that it has seeding issue on WMS/WMTS/TMS services. We are looking into this issue.
